Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Property Manager to monitor the day to day operations, liaison, administration and handling documents
- Liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
- Monitor the working performance of security team, technical team, cleaning team
- Handle documentation for tendering and contracting
- Handle clients’ enquiries, complaints and emergency incidents
- Perform ad hoc project assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder of Property Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in property management, preferably with experience in commercial building
- Well versed in Building Management Ordinance
- Good leadership abilities with integrity and passion for excellence
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Able to work independently and under pressure
