Job Description
Responsibility:
- Provide premier customer services at the service counters of Grade A office towers
- Handle general enquiries, complaints providing courteous services to office tenants and visitors
Requirements:
- DSE graduate or above
- Fresh Graduate or 1 year of customer service experience preferable in property management / hotel management
- Cheerful, pleasant, customer-oriented and cooperative
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in spoken English and Chinese is essential
- Work Location: Kwun Tong
- 5.5 day works, alternative Saturday (Sunday and public holiday off)
- Immediately available is preferred
