Requirements:
- Holder of Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year's post qualification experience in the maintenance of building in HK
- Knowledge in the maintenance of public housing in HK is an advantage
- Fresh graduate will be considered as Technical Assistant
