Our client is one of the developers with a portfolio encompassing high-end residential and mixed use development in the region . With further growth planned they are seeking a high caliber Project Director to manage their mixed use project in Hong Kong.

Job Description

• Directly reporting to Executive Director and managing the project team
• Lead the project team in the execution of project assignments throughout the development process from construction stage to completion
• Assure the project are performed in a timely and professional manner. These include budget and time control, site supervision, construction administration and liaise with external parties and government authorities
• Arrange and oversee the procurement process and documents for selection/appointment of consultants and contractors and undertake subsequent management and monitoring of their performance to meet Company’s requirement

Requirements

• Degree or above professional qualification in Architecture/Engineering/Quantity Surveying or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years’ management experience in mixed use projects at developers or client representative in Hong Kong
• Member of HKIA or equivalent
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Strong planning, organizing and coordinating ability with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Chinese and English is required
