Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Carry out duties to support sales activities in sales department
  • Coordinate with external and internal parties to successfully conduct sales campaign and execute sales plan for property projects
  • Manage the sales office / showflats and assist for sales operation, setting up of showflats, sales office and managing sales flow and logistics
  • Assist in the preparation of sales related documents, reports and proposals
  • Provide assistance for Handover Team during handover and beyond
  • Work within the guidance of handover standard procedure
  • Handle the defect enquiries and complaints from owners and residents
  • Follow up owners and residents’ enquiries and complaints
  • Conduct sales analysis and research on real estate market; data analysis and interpretation
  • Work with Project Team and ensure all defect rectification works and conducted in a timely manner
  • Handle complaints and follow up defect rectification works
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

 

Requirements

  • Higher Certificate in Design / Building or related academic background will be an advantage
  • 1-2 year experience in Real Estate/ Property Developer/ Management Office/ Club House would be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Can-do attitude and good sense of teamwork is required
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; good command of Mandarin is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word). Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop) is a plus
  • 5-day work per week, willing to work on flexible hours, work on weekends and public holidays maybe required during sales campaign
