Duties: 

• Responsible for supervising domestic helpers, drivers, and chef on household matters
• Arrange family events and oversee planning for parties
• Manage family's schedule and make travel arrangements
• Manage and maintain a household budget and inventory of household items
• Manage all of the properties including maintenance, billing, getting mails from different properties, etc
• Handle Boss and guests’ personal matter and ad hoc events
• Prepare monthly report to EA for approval: including expense report, part-time helper hour and salary report, chef working hour and salary report, drivers’ working schedule, working hour, OT report.
• Simple real-time translation to boss and guest 

  Requirements: 

• With at least 5 years or above butler/Family Personal Assistant experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
• Familiar with MS Office such as Excel and Word
