Our client is a leading property developer in Hong Kong, and now we are partnering to search for an experienced candidate specialized in building services repair & maintenance to join them as the technical in-charge to oversee the repair & maintenance and CAPEX projects of the commercial and residential property portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• On corporate level to lead the in-house technical department and outsource maintenance contractors to manage the repair & maintenance operations, energy utilization, CAPEX/ A&A project, fitting out and etc..
• Plan, develop, and implement the CAPEX improvement and upgrading projects
• Responsible for budget planning and control, reactive and preventive maintenance planning, project management, energy management and etc..
• Participate at the pre management works of the Company's new development projects
• In-charge of outsource tendering and contract, and conduct associated analysis
• Lead and manage the technical team performance, include training supervision

Personal Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant disciplines
• Professional qualifications, e.g. MHKIE/ CIBSE are preferred
• Minimum 12 years' relevant experience in property management and maintenance, with at least 8 years at supervisory level at local property management company
• Hands on technical knowledge in Building Services/ Electrical/ Building operations and maintenance for commercial and residential buildings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
