Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other departments, external consultants and legal advisor for preparation of Sales Brochure required under The Residential Properties (first-hand sales) Ordinance
• Ensure strict compliance with the Ordinance and other legal requirements
• Lead the marketing agency to plan and execute the sales brochure production to launch timely

Requirements

• Degree holder in Surveying, Marketing, or relevant disciplines
• At least 4 years’ experience in marketing agency, surveying or law firms.
• Experience in compliance with the first hand sales ordinance highly preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese
