Responsibilities:

• To proactively drive the process of developing strategic positioning and brand manifesto for residential projects
• To be part of the team to collaborate with marketing and design teams on the overall project design concept and direction for residential portfolio
• To develop and prepare proposal of design features, building provisions, amenity features and service delivery and the subsequent feasibility study in collaboration with other internal teams
• To work with and influence key internal parties to embrace product positioning and brand messaging across teams
• To work with marketing team to develop communication and customer experience plan; to ensure marketing collaterals and marketing suite are on brief and to maintain integrity with the brand and positioning  
• To conduct market research and provide latest trends on lifestyle, wellness and luxury worlds

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Interior Design or relevant disciplines
• At least 10 years of working experience and with experience in luxury or lifestyle brands, design or creative industry
• Have passion, drive and an innovative, creative mindset to help managing new initiatives
• Independent, open minded, flexible and adaptable to changes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional written, verbal and creative communication skills
