Responsibilies:

• Responsible for leading a team to provide premium property management services for daily operations of our managed building and carpark
• Maintain good relationship with clients / tenants by provision of excellent management services
• Coordinate and monitor staff and contractors’ performance for assurance of works and services quality
• Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Property Management, Facility Management or other related disciplines
• At least 2 years’ experience in managing prestigious Grade A commercial buildings is an advantage
• Proactive, analytical and able to work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Candidates with more experience and qualifications will be considered as Senior Estate Officer
