About Our Client

Our client is a Chinese Commercial Real Estate Company listed in Hong Kong.  With its fast expansion plan in the region, they are inviting an experienced finance professional to join them based in Hong Kong to oversee the finance function and act as the Company Secretary of the Company.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Managing Director of the Commercial Real Estate Group, the incumbent acts as CFO and Company Secretary to manage the Finance Function and act as the Company Secretary for the Board of Director.
• Maintain good relationship with banks and arrange corporate finance for the Group
• Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements for the listed company in Hong Kong
• Assist the Managing Director to formulate the business direction and business plans
• Perform the duties of CFO for the Group and Company Secretary for Board of Director.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance with professional qualification, Fellow of CPA or ACCA, with CFA referably.
• Over 10 years CFO experience, of which at least 5 years’ Analyst experience in Big 4 Accounting Firms as foundation, 5 years’ CFO experience in large HK listed real estate companies, and 5 years’ experience in the listing companies in HK Main Board
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
