Responsibilities:

• Lead Security and CS teams with over 150 nos. of staff
• Provide strategic security planning for the premises
• Ensure smooth daily operations and performance of subordinates
• Develop, evaluate and review security standards and procedures
• Cooperate with other teams/departments to maintain quality security/ customer services to clients
• Conduct coaching and internal training to the team
• Handle discipline, complaint, emergency and ad hoc events
• Perform shift duties including working on Saturdays/Sundays/public holidays when necessary

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma holder in Security Management/ Property Management or a related discipline
• At least 10 years related experiences in disciplinary service / security industry or building management with at least 5 years at managerial position
• Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS
• Holder of valid Green Card and First Aid Certificate
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good command in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in operating of PC including MS applications and Chinese Word Processing.
