Our client is a leading and reputable developer in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Leasing Manager to join their dynamic team.

As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• All leasing and tenancy matters including tenancy preparation, budget preparation, takeover and handover of premises, manage tenants fitting-out works and ad hoc duties
• Assisting in developing and executing highly effective leasing strategies
• Liaising and correlating with various functions on leasing and promotion activities and property management issues
• Establishing business network and maintaining a good relationship with tenants

You have to satisfy the following criteria to qualify for the role:

• Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in Leasing and experience with Property Developer
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Team player with good leadership and presentation skills; detail-minded, organized, committed
