Our Client is a Property developer in Hong Kong

Responsibilities

• To be involved in the provision of excellent services to residents such as handling enquiries and complaints, resolving day-to-day issues and ad-hoc problems in estate management
• Proven experience in on site residential properties
• Coordinate with contractors/service providers and monitor their quality of service and performance to ensure all aspects of estate management are smooth and efficient
• Liaise with the Owners’ Committee by attending regular meetings and follow up any outstanding issues

Requirements

• 4 year full time Degree holder 
• Minimum 10 years of solid experience in property management of which 4 years should be at supervisory level
•  Good English
