To built and lead the Project Team and to manage the development of projects of exceptional quality in Hong Kong

• Authorised Person with over 15 years in property development
• OR relevant Degree holder with over 20 years of local experience in the field
• Experience in liaison with Government Authorities
• Responsible for overall project management including:

i)    Management and coordination of consultants and contractor
ii)   Contract administration and cost control
iii)  Review of drawings, specifications and tender documents
iv)  Ensuring construction quality and progress

• Must possess personal qualities of integrity and self-motivation
