Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects in sourcing and purchasing of the building materials for construction sites
• Explore new building material for different projects
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve competitive price, deals and terms
• Maintain and update the purchasing document and database

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above, major in material sciences, purchasing management or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in material sourcing/purchasing career
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Fluent Putonghua is an advantage
• Overseas travelling is required
