Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyse relevant property data to identify real estate market trends
• Carry out site inspections
• Prepare feasibility studies and site appraisals for property acquisition and development in Hong Kong
• Conduct property portfolio reviews and enhancement studies
• Perform valuations for different types of properties for various purpose
• Conduct market researches and analyses
• Assist om exercising coordination of property development projects
• Handle any ad hoc projects assigned by superiors
• To participate in the preparation and evaluation of budgets and budgetary control on site acquisitions and development projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Real Estate, Surveying or related discipline
• At least 4 years’ relevant experience
• Relevant professional qualification such as member of HKIS and RICS in the General Practice Division, or equivalent is an advantage
• Solid experience in valuation and market research of Hong Kong property market
• Mature, meticulous, and responsible
• High initiative with good team work and good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
