About
A prestigious listed property developer who is active in property development in Hong Kong with a brand which is reputable for its excellence in development of mega-scaled Premium Commercial Portfolio in Hong Kong & China, they have already received a lots of outstanding building awards in Hong Kong internationally. Due to the upcoming completion of the premium portfolio & business expansion, our client is looking for Property Development Officer / Assistant Property Development Officer to join their team based in Hong Kong.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Manager in exercising overall coordination throughout the different stages of potential acquisitions, property development, project management and marketing
- Monitor existing property assets and new investment projects
- Perform property valuation for different types of development plans / projects.
- Prepare and update reports and analysis
- Handle any ad hoc projects assigned by superiors
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree in real estate, surveying or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years experiences in property field, preferably in developers
- Ability to work independently with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid experience in valuation and market research of Hong Kong property market
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
