An international Corporate Workplace Design and Build firm is currently looking for a Senior Workplace Strategist to join their team in the Greater Bay Area.

You will work closely with the project design team to deliver workplace transformation projects for clients both locally and internationally. The ideal candidate would be a veteran able to handle multiple projects with minimum handholding.

Extensive travelling around the Greater Bay Area is required, exceptional candidates would also have the opportunities to work with other project teams in the APAC region.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS 

• 8+ years of related working experience
• Experience in Corporate Workplace projects, particularly Workplace Transformation projects
• Proven success in client facing and account management
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Good time management skills; able to work in a fast-pace environment
• Must be fluent in English
• Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus
