Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day operation
• Handle complaints and enquiries of the customers
• Oversee the performance of cleaning, security and maintenance works

Requirements

• Diploma or above in property management or related discipline
• 3-5 year's working experience in property management
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Mature, independent and strong sense of responsibility
• Self-motivated, self-discipline and willing to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing
