You will be responsible for overseeing the project management teams of all invested real estate projects under the private equity funds managed by China Zhong Heng Finance Group Limited, to ensure said real estate projects are efficiently run and do not deviate from the investment target set by said private equity funds. Said funds are invested in overseas property construction and civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

Monitor project managers’ performance in invested projects, intervene to facilitate efficient management and reports to Group Investment Committee
Train and advise analyst and marketing teams on APAC real estate market
Sit on subsidiaries’ boards to advise on project management and APAC real estate business

Requirements:

10 years (minimum) experience in APAC real estate project management
Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken)
Be able to oversee multiple project management teams and travel frequently
Holder of business-related degree
