The incumbent will be responsible for the supervision role in our property portfolio in Hong Kong, as an individual contributor acting as landlord's representative. Currently we have the “revitalized” industrial building in Kwun Tong (158 Wai Yip Street) and luxury residential villas in Kowloon Tong (146 & 146A Waterloo Road).

Responsibilities:

• Act as the person in-charge to oversee all aspects of the daily property management
• Provide support and guidance to the management for business plans, budgets, forecasts, analyses, as well as developing negotiation strategies and landlord-tenant relationship management
• Oversee and manage building repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance; responsible for building inspections and reports
• Responsible for tendering, vendor management, procurement and bills payment
• Coordinate with internal departments in all property management-related matters
• Grasp the up-to-date market changes, e.g. government regulations, market information/practices, in order to support business growth
• 10% workload in routine leasing operations (tenants contact and customer services, rent recovery operations, etc.)

Requirements:

• Degree holder or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in property management, especially in maintenance works
• Mature, independent, detail-minded with good analytical & problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including spoken Mandarin) is required
• Experience in vendor management would be an advantage

Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered as Senior Officer role
