Responsibilities:

• Provide one-stop client focused facilities management services as well as supervise a team of operational staff;
• Assist in managing a control centre to provide 24-hour services;
• Assist the team head in coordinating with different parties including contractors on the execution of planned maintenance/replacement/upgrading works to building fabrics/fittings/fixture and/or building services installation/systems;
• Provide proactive support to handle emergency incidents and implement the crisis management procedure;
• Provide cross functional support to events and activities;
• Perform shift duties including working on Saturdays/Sundays/public holidays when necessary;
• Handle any other duties as assigned by his delegates.

Requirements:

• A recognized degree in Facilities Management, Security Management, Property Management or a related discipline;
• At least five years of relevant experience in risk management, safety and security functions, crowd control, facilities management and client services;
• Supervisory experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team of professionals and operational staff in collaboration with clients and service contractors;
• Excellent communication, supervisory and interpersonal skills.
