Our client is a stock-listed company in the property sector.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company finances of the business and providing business strategies
• Responsible for the financial analysis
• Lead and manage the commercial and financial aspects of the upstream and overseas business, including budgets, expenditure, administration, cost control etc
• Oversee the profitable management and provide leadership on all phases of upstream projects and developments
• Able to closely liaise with relevant stakeholders including shareholders, local government and joint venture partner
• Able to lead teams in project scoping/negotiation/contracting activities, operating reviews and/or de-bottlenecking
• Strong in technical, commercial and financial acumen and perform high standard in financial due diligence, cashflow analysis and valuations of business assets across APAC
• Reporting to Chairman

Requirement: 

• At least 20 years of experience in the property sector
• Previous consumer experience is essential
• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
• Highly motivated individual with a solid business strategy and analytical mindset
• Strong relationship and network within the industry
• Travel may be required
