Our client is a boutique real estate developer and investor with a very flat organisation structure and a transparent culture. Due to their latest expansion plan, they are seeking for a high caliber real estate professional to join their team as an Asset Management Associate to be based in Hong Kong, and to provide property asset management support to the management team. 

Responsibilities

• Act as the “second-self” to the management team and founder;
• Assist Group asset manager to improve operation efficiency;
• Manage real estate portfolios in Hong Kong and overseas;
• Provide active asset management, project management and related marketing assignments;
• Leasing & Tenancy Management: including lease administration of tenancy renewals, new lettings, rent roll, tenancy schedules and other related assigned tasks;
• Manage 3^rd parties’ vendors, contractors, agencies on leasing and property management
• Assist to prepare monthly operation report and in time identification of operational red flags.  
• Assist in Market research
• Tracking market outlook, trends, news of assigned regions
• Collect, verify, assess and analyze property price & rent respectively

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Property, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent.   
• Ideally 2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate or hospitality, with previous working experiences or knowledge in property asset management, leasing, property management will be an advantage
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese). 
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)  
• Eager to learn, flexible, organized and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
