Our client, a sizable company is now looking for high caliber candidates as follows:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day office operation   
  • Assist and manage health and safety, fire safety, security, maintenance systems, periodic and statutory testing and inspections
  • Arrange regular and irregular office cleaning, repair and maintenance
  • Assist in and support office renovation projects
  • Assist in the administration of relocation projects such as user co-ordination and logistics arrangements
  • Follow up office equipment & furniture order and maintain inventory record
  • Maintain the updated office layout plans, maintenance records, property assets inventory records
  • Monitor the performance of contractors / service providers and conduct periodic review of their service contracts
  • Attend emergency calls after office hours and supervise contractors’ work on weekends upon requested
  • Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or Property Management
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in facility management / property management
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Able to respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues
  • Good interpersonal skills, responsible and a good team player
