Responsibilities: 

• Supervise the daily operations of the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation and to enhance the service standard for the residential maintenance
• Assist supervisors to handle daily operating documents and routine maintenance works
• Coordinate with frontline technical team for daily maintenance and fit-out works
• Prepare related reports, tender documents and follow up the contract administration

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services / Building Surveying / Construction or related disciplines with at least 1 years of experience or Higher diploma with at least 2 years of experience
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate A or above is preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in property & facilities management gained in property management companies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to lead a team of technical staff with minimum supervision
• Willing to take initiative, to meet challenges and able to work independently
