Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for elderly services development through active community engagement
- Oversee and manage diversified and innovative active ageing services, caring and networking programs
- Monitor Sliver Age Studio, Lifebook and various creative projects, ensure programs deliverable and have impacts
- Prepare reports, trend analysis and provide recommendation for services development
Requirements:
- Registered Social Worker preferred
- Minimum 2 years in supervisory level with solid experience in social and elderly services and NGO setting
- Diploma / Associate Degree holder or above in Social Work or related disciplines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese
- Resourceful, committed and teamwork
- Have passion to serve elderly
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer, Active Ageing Services

Today it is one of the most established social enterprises in Hong Kong. SCHSA provides Care-on-Call Service, a comprehensive 24/7 support service consisting of emergency aid, integrated care, around-the-clock vigilance service, health management, and day-to-day living assistance. The Association also provides training and workshops to the elderly and their family and caregivers. In addition, SCHSA’s EasyHome Services provide at-home care to elderly consisting of elderly care, medical escort, house cleaning and rehabilitation services.
