Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Hunt for new business opportunities and maintain relationships with Senior executives
- Develops strategic relationship with customers to identify and leverage the customer’s business goals, growth strategies and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate sales solution strategy
- Maintains and monitors metrics for customers, performs analysis and identifies improvement opportunities
- Develops lead generation plans (e.g. growth and profitability targets, organize campaigns and events) in collaboration with respective suppliers and vendors or internal teams
- Maintains knowledge of products, competitors, technology and customers
- Assist Sales Director to monitor the team performance and ensure the achievement of the sales target
Requirements:
- Degree or above in any discipline
- 7 years or above sales experience in IT or related industry
- Proven track record
- Experience leading a team is preferable
- Excellent communication skill of English and Cantonese
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Aggressive with strong sense of commitment and responsibility
- Mature, energetic, self-motivated, independent and willing to work under pressure
- Sensitive to figures
- Strong Business Acumen
