Assistant Marketing Manager / Officer (Retail Product)(Job ID: 2573)

Responsibilities

• To be a member of Retail Lending Department
• To prepare regular business reports and manage marketing materials
• To perform market analysis to establish business plan and marketing strategies
• To provide support for formulating product strategies and programme expenses tracking to achieve business targets
• To assist in implementing the strategies and monitor the results and business performance
• To co-ordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of marketing campaigns, promotion activities and cross-selling activities
• To maintain up-to-date market intelligence relating to retail lending business
• To handle ad hoc tasks and special assignments

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing, Business, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the banking industry
• Sound knowledge of retail lending products and relevant lending guidelines
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• A good team player with positive working attitude
• Independent, mature, proactive and business oriented
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills and high risk awareness
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
