Assistant Customer Services Officer / Customer Services Representative - Call Centre, Hotline Support (Job ID: 2526)

Responsibilities

• To provide counter services to customers
• To handle daily financial transactions and customers' enquiries
• To identify sales opportunities and cross-sell bank products/ services

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 1 year experience in financial industry, preferably in retail banking
• Pleasant with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Shift duty is required
• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese, able to speak Putonghua an advantage
• Passed HKSI Paper 1,7, 8 or equivalent and IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3) is preferred

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Representative
