We are hiring a suitable candidate to join our expanding Fashion & Accessories Team as Sales Executive, Wholesale.

Job Responsibilities

• To support whole team during the collection selling campaign
• Assist the wholesale department for all wholesale account
• Achieve wholesale team target and continue to explore new business opportunities
• Handle wholesales-related issues and enquires raised by clients
• Consolidate sales orders and handle order processing
• Follow up on orders, payments and delivery arrangement
• Compile and analyze sales data for reports and presentation
• Assist in sales activities and other event coordination
• Perform any ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements

• At least 1-2 years working experience in apparel industry / fashion / sportswear industry will be an advantage
• Well organized, self-motivated with positive attitude and strong team spirit
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English, Mandarin will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (i.e. pivot table & Vlookup in Excel)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available is preferred
