The Senior Manager, Sales & Business Development will be computing between Shenzhen and Hong Kong.  It is a newly created position direct reporting to our Chief Executive Officer with an objective to exploring business opportunities in Southern China.

What Are You Expected to Do?

• Identify and develop targeted customers based in Greater Bay area
• Build and sustain business network across the industry, striving to capitalize on organic revenue growth opportunities
• Manage existing customer relationships’ road map from a strategic relationship perspectives   
• Demonstrate strategic capability to look beyond the customer and understand the end market and industry
• Work closely with all related parties to ensure budgets, schedules and performance criteria are met

What Are You Expected to Need?

• Bachelor’s in relevant business fields, MBA preferred
• At least 20 years’ sales and business development experience in electronics component industry
• Must have direct customer engagement experience
• Strong knowledge and experience to handle Request For Quotation
