Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiries from clients and salespersons
  • Perform call back to clients
  • Facilitate in account opening (i.e. witness) and related documentation
  • Handle complaint cases
  • Analyze client services data/ enquiry
  • Prepare and maintain sales and clients FAQ
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and other duties as required

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years client facing experience such as call center officer or sales assistant in financial industry, brokerage house experience is a plus
  • Passed Type 1 HKSI licensing examination for Securities & Futures Intermediaries
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Chinese word processing
  • Fast response, high EQ, having strong interpersonal and communication skills
