Key responsibilities include:

• This position is responsible for driving business, achieving yearly sales targets and acquiring new customers through consultative selling of our cards products

• Prospecting for new customers through referrals & any self -generated leads to deliver a positive customer experience while acquiring prospects and customers

• Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions in a timely and efficient manner

• Promote our brand name by contribute ideas for new products and listen to customers’ need and sell most appropriate products

• Ensuring all performance standards are met viz. business targets, controls and compliance

• Expansion of internal and external relationships and drive sales results

• Adopt a flexible attitude, being able to digest multiple tasks

• Lead ad-hoc projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• University degree holder or above with minimum 5-year of sales and marketing field experience at Financial Institutions.

• Proven track-record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

• Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication, relationship building experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies

• Demonstrate strong leadership, influencing and negotiation techniques

• High levels of initiative, self- motivation and time management
