Job Responsibilities 

• Handle inbound prospective customer enquiries (through phone or emails) by providing best product or service solutions proposal, quotation and information for new business development
• Handle inbound calls, retrieve voicemails & make follow-up calls to customers
• Answer inquiries, resolve & escalate feedback appropriately
• Maintain accurate records on all orders, inquiries & customer feedback cases
  
  

Job Requirements 

• Diploma or Associate Degree Holder in related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with experience in customer service or call centre is an assest
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess strong selling techniques and telephone manner
• Well-organized, self-confident and customer-oriented
• Fluent spoken English & Cantonese
• PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing
