Job Description

We require enthusiastic and independent customer service talent to handle customers’ enquiries, requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Structured training will be provided to equip suitable candidates with the skills and knowledge required.

The Job 

•          Attend to service enquiries and written communication on various digital platforms (Facebook/ IG inbox, live chat, WhatsApp, email and hotline etc.)
•          Maintain good customer relationship and promote the company’s products and services
•          5-day work week (Saturday off subject to actual business needs)
•          Working Location: Central

The Person 

•          Diploma holder in marketing/ customer services/ communication/ e-commerce or other related fields
•          Minimum 2 years work experiences (in digital-related fields, beauty, fashion or clinical industry is highly preferred)
•          Proficient in written Chinese and English with good word processing skills (English 30 wpm, Chinese 20 wpm) and good computer literacy is a must
•          Open minded with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
•          Proactive and able to work under pressure
•          Fresh Graduates will also be considered
