Job Description
What you will be doing
- Responsible for day to day operation performance, arrange and manage stock, handle orders, arrange logistics process
- Provide customer service support and follow up on order status
- Inventory control and reporting
- Manage product catalogue including to maintain existing products and develop new products and vendor partners etc
- Monitor and support regional team
What we are looking for
- Min 2-3 years working experiences in ecommerce or online business operation is required
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Good PC skills, excellent in excel is a must
- Responsible and highly detail minded. High level of integrity
- Experiences in any CRM/ ERP system is advantageous
