Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales and marketing of EV charging solutions
• Prepare and develop business plans; Execute strategy for new sales opportunities and pursue sales leads for solid pipeline
• Lead (Sr) Sales Executive(s) to achieve sales target to meet company goals
• Manage all stages of the sales cycle including developing leads through customer visit, proposal preparation, tender biding, contract negotiation, project implementation and post-sales functions
• Work cross-organizationally to co-ordinate pre-sales, engineering, and project teams to drive successful solution for customers

Requirements:

• Degree/ Higher Diploma in Engineering or related discipline
• At least 6 years relevant experience
• Proven sales/ account management track records in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Building Services engineering or other Industrial related fields
• Good connections with property developer, property management, E&M consultants, contractors, architects, interior designers and end-users
• Candidates experienced in sales team-leading and bidding medium to large projects would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, resourceful, detailed, result-oriented and with the ability to generate new business opportunities
• Able to deliver professional sales presentation, proposals, and reports
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
