However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for an Assistant Partner Communication Manager to join our growing team to bring innovation into delivery.

Role Description

  • Manage, groom and grow a team of Partner Communications Executives representing the long tail vendor partners; along with the tools to track and closely monitor team performance 
  • Build Partner Communications team SOPs, SLAs and trackers to ensure each team KPI is met and measured
  • Provide training on establishing and managing vendor relationships, communicating foodpanda monthly marketing updates from allocated target list and proactively identifying new business opportunities 
  • Ideally familiar with all aspects of the foodpanda’s business model and the online food ordering market
  • Be both data-sensitive and sales-minded, with past team management experience 
  • Work closely with Head of Account Management, and Account Management team lead to build communication and conversion strategies 
  • Work closely with internal support function team leads to ensure that every deal and marketing opportunity that goes live on the platform meets quality standards 
  • Organize and run sprints focused on data clean up and company objective driven projects

 

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2-4 years of customer service and team management experience in customer service centre/ call centre 
  • Able to speak, read & write in Cantonese and English fluently, Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Proven sales experience is an additional point, preferably within the areas of F&B, media, advertising and e-commerce
  • Comfort in performing outbound calls is a must, as all activities will be conducted via digital communication tools only
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus, though not a requirement
  • A proficient communicator with a consultative sale driven approach
  • A strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient and a team player with a willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical skills with good commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Your ambitions to work independently with flexibility as well as your entrepreneurial spirit make you an ideal match for our motivated team
  • Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to changes in operational process
