Job Duties

• He/she mainly works in-house in our Hong Kong office
• Support our after sales colleagues in translation of Chinese - English and communicate with our vendors via e-mail or phone.
• To coordinate with our company after sales colleagues for job arrangements
• Assistance in preparation of after sales documentations
• Take care of stock situation, Purchase of parts required for the services.
• Supervise all warranty and out of warranty services.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in any discipline (technical discipline is preferable)
• At least 2 years working experience in relevant field.
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Putonghua.
• Computer proficiency in MS Office, and etc

Conditions and benefits:

• 5.5 working days per week
• With medical care (after probation)
• 2 weeks leave per annum (provided full year service is rendered)
• Minimum one month year-end bonus (provided full year service is rendered)
