Job Description
Duties
- Handle customer’s quotation and inquiries
- Proceed with customer’s quotations and orders in SAP system
- Check the stock status and advise customer the readiness
- Coordinate with purchasing department for the readiness of the parts
- Arrange the delivery with shipping department
- Using system for daily operation
- Handle customers' complaint occassionally
Requirements:
- 3 years as a sales coordinator in the trading/distributor of electronics parts and materials
- Stable working record will be definitely a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office application (excel)
- Good command of Putonghua and English (speaking, writing, reading and listening)
- Humble, bright, cheerful, responsible and positive working attitude
