Your next company is a USA based global giant electronic trading company. In order to facilitate their business expansion in global market , they have recently looking for high caliber individual to join their team as Customer Services Officer based in Hong Kong.

Job Descriptions

• Contact window of major key accounts/ clients from Thailand for APAC business
• Handle incoming calls/emails and after sales service inquiries (Thai - Eng - Mandarin)
• Co-coordinating with various parties to ensure customers’ requirement

The Successful Applicants would need

• 1-2 years CS/ Account Management experience in electronics industry  is a big plus
• Fresh Graduate will be also considered
• Holder of diploma or higher in any disciplines
• Native/ business level in Thai oral/written language is a MUST
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
• Hong Kong resident is a MUST
• Result-oriented, Positive attitude and attention to details
• immediately available is highly preferred
