Our client, a well-established investment Institution company to invite high caliber candidates to join their company.

Requirements:

• Provide all rounded support to customer service department
• Provide efficient and excellent securities/futures trading services to customers
• Handling account opening, KYC and document checking according to interval guidelines and ensure full compliance in of rules and regulations
  
• Assist our Account Executives or clients in executing Hong Kong securities trading orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the department
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and carry out any other duties and responsibility as assigned by team head.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or Tertiary educated
• Minimum 1 years working experience in customer service and securities / futures dealing experience is a definite advantage
• Professional customer service and communication skills
• Independent, responsible and self-motivated with positive attitude and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
• Holder of / eligible to apply for the SFC RA1 & RA2 license is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer or Assistant CS Officer
