The position will fit for those who have experience in running digital initiatives and conversion-base campaigns either with client / agency side. People with digital project management skills are also suitable. This position will offer more possibilities as we have ownership from creative, production to channel platforms.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: develop new business for cross-platform initiatives and campaigns, including proposal preparation and idea presentation.
• Maintain engaging relationship with clients and agencies, love to tell stories and sell through creative idea.
• Work closely with clients to launch brand campaign and conversion-base projects in our finance and business channels.
• Client Servicing: Have the sensitivity to understand clients’ marketing needs and able to propose suitable solution.
• Project Management: Manage clients’ projects including define deliverable, schedule and setting milestone, resources planning, coordinating internal resources, expectation management, launch, KPI tracking and post-campaign evaluation, etc.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in client side, client serving, digital projects, or digital content platform or media will be an advantage. Candidates with less experience and people management skill will be considered for Account Manager role.
• Experience in banking and finance clients or brands will have an added advantage.
• Good presentation skill. Good communications skills in both English and Chinese.
• Strong interpersonal skills that able to work well with clients and creative content team.
• Good project management skills, able to well handle different parties and coordinate under tight timeline.
• Self-motivated showing strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure;
• Well-organized, attention to details and follow through execution.
