Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage the designated client’s daily eMarketing operation via multi-online-channels at system owned / external platform with high quality & time manner
- Assist account manager to plan & design eMarketing journey with the proposal preparation & resources & implementation planning
- Prepare the status report & related workflow documentations. Coordinate & consolidate client’s feedback & comments for revision
- Closely monitoring the project deliverables & work with internal team, 3rd party vendor & clients
- Perform the regular eMarketing benchmarking research
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED TO GET:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- 1 year experience (for Junior applicants) and at least 2.5-3 years' experience (for Senior applicants) in CRM, digital marketing and data analysis
- Strong interpersonal skill and coordination, organizational skills
- Ability to simultaneously prioritize and multi-task projects
- CRM, digital, technology-savvy & willing to work under pressure & tight timeline
- Fluent English and Mandarin (both verbal and written)
- Excellent PC skills of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
