Responsibilities:

1. Provide first line application support to user of HR Management System within the agreed service levels
2. Prepare training materials, conduct training and coaching to users
3. Ensure user satisfaction by providing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and problem resolution services
4. Closely work with Analyst Programmer and users to identify the improvement opportunities, analyze and assess the business requirement
5. Participate in the project problem identification and testing to ensure that deliverables meet user requirements, to overcome known problems or further fulfill user requirement
6. Conduct User Acceptance Test (UAT)
7. Perform the system implementation, deployment and production release processes

Requirements:

• Diploma or above holder in any related disciplines
• Working experience in customer service by email & phone
• With basic knowledge in HR Management System/MPF & Labor Law is an advantage but not a must
• Good sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, self-motivated and good problem solving skills
• Immediate availability or short notice is preferred
