Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with both internal and external parties to ensure customers' service requests are fulfilled
- Resolve and analyze customer opinions and proactively follow up with related parties for services improvement
- Ensure good customer service is delivered to the customers
- Prepare statistical reports / analysis and make recommendation for customer services enhancement
- Handling Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Five-day Work Week
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above, major in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines preferred
- Minimum 1 year’s customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge in card products, systems and operations is an advantage
- Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong self-motivated, well organized, independent and a good team player
- Good communication skills in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin, and be competent in MS Office applications.
- Fresh Graduates will also be considered
- Immediate availability preferred
