Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to grow the business of designated client segment
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
• Coordinate & organise marketing activities and events to improve the sales performance of the team
• Responsible for sales management and reporting through MIS and data analysis
• Handle ad hoc business projects

Requirements

• University graduate in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in private banking / wealth management sector with in-depth knowledge on private banking business and products
• Strong experience on sales management with good presentation, communication and project management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
