Job Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain comprehensive marketing intelligence database on daily basis
• Keep abreast of industry-related news for business planning and analysis purpose (including competitor’s activities, market and property trends)
• Work closely with external and internal parties to ensure seamless execution and quality deployment of research projects
• Prepare business and operational analysis, reports and recommendations for management review
• Attend Agent’s briefing and meet the property sales targets
• Liaise with internal parties to prepare regular reports and presentation materials
• Assist in any ad hoc assignments, including but not limited to events relating to sales activities

Job Requirements:

• University degree in any disciplines
• At least 2 years of relevant working experiences
• Experience in communication with estate agents is a MUST
• Concrete knowledge in Property (residential) Field
• Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-minded, sociable, eager to learn, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong marketing sense and good presentation skill
• Can-do attitude and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Able to work under pressure
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Words and Chinese typing)
